This olive oil from Provence AOC is obtained exclusively in our mill from olives harvested by our organic farming approved producers on the olive groves in the territory of Haute-Provence. Our soil, our single cold-pressing technique as part of organic production, the know-how acquired by different generations since the founding of our oil-mill in 1928 all combine to bring you an olive oil with the following criteria:Varietal composition: The Aglandau variety dominates associated with the Bouteillan variety.Quality and intensity of fruity aroma: Intense green fruity aroma.Organoleptic qualities and culinary associations: A pleasant oil with hints of mown grass, banana and hazelnut. Very slight sharpness and bitterness. The light quality of this oil makes it possible to use it in all dishes.Physico-chemical characteristics: The maximum acidity is 0.8%. This quality Extra Virgin olive oil is obtained by a single cold-pressing in our mill. The freshness and quality of the crushed olives give our oil a high content in anti-oxidants - olive oil’s natural preservatives for its renowned health properties.
